Thuban of Chult

A harbour pilot from the Tiryki Anchorage district of Port Nyanzaru, Chult, Thuban was serving as a marine on the Dragon's Claw, when an attack by notorious Luskan pirates 'The Sea Princes' left him shipwrecked far to the north. He last saw his comrade Rastaban clutching a piece of wreckage before he passed out and succumbed to the bosom of the ocean. When Thuban awoke it was on the shore of the Sword Coast - the spirits of the sea and storm having guided him to safety - the grief at the loss of his crewmates fueling his anger and rage. Now he searches for his friend, with fate taking him to Saltmarsh.
